Spire ® USA considers itself as a small company “with only one goal in mind: to make damn good laptop bags.”  Their concept is to produce not just laptop bags and backpacks, but to produce them in relation to their usage. 

 They sport the idea, that a bag should be formal for business purposes, fancy for private usage, extremely durable for adventurers etc. According to their claims, a laptop bag and backpack should made of materials which last a lifetime.  So they promise lifetime warranty?  They do so!  Since they do nothing produce but bags for laptops, they are considered to be very particular with design, test and manufacturing of their products.  In the light of this, the company developed a special know-how in terms of laptop bags, partially with the input of customer feedback and their specific wishes. 

Their latest product is the Meta laptop backpack.  It’s a huge piece of bag, where half of your household is going to fit in, as it seems on first sight.  But yet it is going the meet the airline carry-on requirements as well.  The new Meta is an upgrade of productive ideas in a bag, most of the ideas coming from users and customers.  The new feedback borne Meta backpack can be opened much easier, like a clamshell.  So packing and unpacking just became a lot easier.  This is especially true for the main compartment.  The internal frame, made of aluminum, retains its ergonomic V-shaped form. If you wish, there is an option to hide shoulder straps and waistbelt entirely.  They can be hidden in a zip-around flap, tucking into a pouch in the bottom of the backpack.  By fixing the removable carrying handle, you turn this backpack into an office case within a couple of seconds only.  And it is TSA checkpoint-compatible. The boot is well padded, and its sleeve can swing out, which relieves from the necessity of removing your laptop. 

The boot sports a ?” closed-cell padding on all its six sides.  Its exterior is made of tough Ballistic nylon.  For quick and easy access to the laptop, the bag has a large Velcro flap.  The handle is reinforced. The boot comes with a large rear pocket, where you can store folders and documents. 

The entire laptop backpack comes in only two colors, stealth black or graphite gray-black.
